To become an IBPTS “Mystery Traveller”, you must be over 18 years old, have an employment background either in the public transport, rail, airline, travel, tourism or hospitality industries, with internet access and be literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.

As we all are customers, IBPTS are looking for people who can precisely report on the standard of service delivery experience they receive.

If you consider yourself as being non-judgemental, observant and precise, maintain a cool approach when service delivery is poor, with a good understanding of service delivery, customer services and prepared to travel by bus, rail and air, IBPTS would like to here from you.

If you are accepted by IBPTS as a “Mystery Traveller”, you will be placed on the IBPTS database.

IBPTS do not guarantee you regular work or assignments, when work is available, given your geographical location, expertise and experience, you will be advised by IBPTS by email.All IBPTS “Mystery Travellers” are designated as being self-employed and are liable for their own “Income Tax and National Insurance”
